Our MCM community is saddened today at the news of Heather’s death.
Last night, with her family by her side, Heather passed away at St. Peter’s hospital in Hamilton, following a nearly three-year battle with cancer. We are devastated by the loss of our wonderful friend but grateful to know that she is no longer in pain.
Heather meant so much to the MCM program and the MCM program meant so much to her. As one of our first students, one of the original pathfinders, she helped to shape this program into what it is today. On behalf of the MCM family, we want to think Ken and their sons Tyler and Sam for sharing Heather with us over the last 15 years. May her legacy live on in the hearts and minds of all our MCM community.
